To maximize the properties of down, the outer fabric undergoes a special treatment; however, there might be occasional instances where a small amount of down escapes from the fabric or seams. This is a result of using high-quality down and over time, these occurrences will decrease. This won't affect the functionality or insulation of the product.

    If you notice any escaping down, avoid forcefully pulling it out. Instead, use scissors to gently cut it closest to the fabric and then gently rub it in, which will help prevent further escaping down.

    For long-lasting use, please keep in mind:

    - Wipe off light dirt regularly and take care of the product.
    - If the product gets wet from rain or sweat, dry it in a shaded area promptly.
    - Down has high moisture-absorbing properties and absorbs moisture from the body even during normal wear. After wearing, air it in a well-ventilated area.
    - We recommend professional cleaning by specialized cleaners.
